We've been having a wonderful summer so far, how about y'all? As you well know, so much of the time we spend here at The Pelican during the summer is spent in the kitchen. Our thoughtful, delicious low-country cuisine sets us apart from most Inns in the area, and we've been told by many of you that you day dream about some of our meals!

We thought it might be fun to peek into what goes into a typical grocery run. And boy do we make a lot of runs. With limited electrical load, our refrigerators are premium real estate - and that ensures the freshness of what we serve to you twice a day.
